This secluded community, with a reputation for being a witch town in Florida, is known for psychics and mediums communicating with ghosts and other spirits.
The Cassadaga Spiritualist camp began around the late 1800s, after being founded by Georgia P. Colby, a trance medium from New York who once traveled the country performing seances and readings.

After Colby was contacted by the spirit of a Native American named Seneca, who was claiming to be Colby’s spirit guide, he traveled to Cassadaga, Florida to found the spiritualist camp.

As the camp thrived for many years, attracting visitors and spiritualists from all over the globe, many people were not happy with the refuge for mystics in this Florida witch town.

Today, Cassadaga, Florida still exists offering a variety of spiritual tours, seances, psychics, and mediums for anyone interested in visiting.
